At Bed Box Adapter, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable products built with precision and care. Because our products are built to order, please review our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.


1. 30-Day Limited Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

2. Returns

All Bed Box Trike Adapters are built to order, therefore we do not accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Custom configuration requests
  • Returns may only be accepted if:
  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


3. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned before a refund is issued
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations are not permitted due to the custom-built nature of the product.


5. Shipping & Production Time

  • Free delivery is included with all orders
  • Average production time is approximately 3 weeks
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location
