1. Production Time

All Bed Box Trike Adapter products are built to order.

  • Average production time: approximately 3 weeks
  • Production begins once full payment has been received

Because each unit is custom-built, production times may vary slightly depending on demand and materials availability.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

3. Shipping Time

Once production is completed, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time after production:

  • 3–7 business days (U.S. mainland)

Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • If a delay occurs, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product damage
  • Include your order number
